Dear Roxanne & Doug, We made it home safely. Just wanted to let you both know, we enjoyed our stay at Moosehorn. Hopefully we can plan another visit next year. Roxann, Just a quick note to tell you how much we all enjoyed our fishing trip at the Moosehorn. The cottage was great, fishing was good and you were all very helpful. We saw a lot of moose and bear and have plenty of nice pictures. We'd all like to do it again. Thanks...Jim Winter
Hi Roxann: It's Eugene, Joe and Matthew. Just a thank you note for your hospitality and the "extra" efforts on your part and Doug's (i.e. gas line/hose), to help ensure a memorable fishing trip. Thank you for the "hot tips" that saved a lot of time locating fish. We had a great time on Tenor.....especially my son Matthew, who had never caught a pike before. The accommodations were excellent, we could not have made a better choice, the pike fishing was great, right down to strumming a few tunes on your dock. I hope we didn't frighten your daughter "too much"! I have to come back again since speckle trout are my first passion, and they were shut down this trip along with the walleye, my second favorite. So, it would be nice to get up your way in late May or very early June. Anyway.....if you're ever in Niagara Falls.....tell Doug to bring his Speckie with him.....I'll fix it for him, airbrush it correctly and ship it back, or, bring it back up on my next holiday at Moose Horn Lodge. Hi Roxann and Doug, I would like to thank you. We had a great time. My brothers just loved it and my stepfather was happy to finally get to go up there with them. It was something I always looked forward to as a kid now they have something to look forward to. I really hope to make it again next year. I am sure my brothers won't forget to remind me to make arrangements.

Dear Doug & Roxann I just wanted to drop you a note to say that the day I spent hiking along the trout stream catching big beautiful Specs was the best day of my life. Don't get me wrong, the Walleye and Pike fishing was great but I have caught so many over the years that I don't feel the thrill and adventure as I do on your trout stream. Hi Roxann We arrived home around 6:30 last night. The short cut really cut the travel time. The road was pretty good. We seen a dead bear cub laying on the road. We want to thank you and Doug for a great week. You guys are in the right business, you really made us feel welcome. The meals were delicious. We really enjoyed ourselves despite the weather. Hopefully some year we will be able to do it again. Did you get the bear last night? Thank you again. We hope you both have a great summer. Doug and Roxanne Thank you for the beautiful lodge and hospitality and all the fishing tips. The kids loved the place and all the way home they talked about going back next year. On the second day, which my wife was thinking about making it her last night there, (because of the encounter with the bear) added even more excitment. The lodge was excellent, anytime we wanted to go fishing, Doug jumped to get a boat and everything we needed. Thank You guys for everything and we'll always remember this trip!
